Just because someone is family, and you love them, maybe love them more than anything else, doesn't mean you necessarily approve of everything they do, much less would do the same things as them.

I don't enjoy my brother burning bridges, as it were, but that's his decision and I stand by him for it. If he asked me to, I would do it for him.

Am I? Well, habit maybe, for a lot of Jedi. When you're tuned into people's emotions, it can be hard to figure out what should be addressed out loud and what should let alone out of respect for privacy or out of kindness.

I get how knowing how much someone has gone through can make you want to do nearly anything for someone - I've felt that way about my masters.

The adrenaline is worthwhile in life or death. It proves your skills are sharp, but a good spar is also acceptable as a fight.
