Perhaps in future we fight some creatures of this place.
[That sounded like a good time, though he wouldn't exactly call it a date. He was still sticking to his guns that he didn't date - mostly because he had never dated and it wasn't a part of how his society operated. He wouldn't do what he didn't understand, though the theory of it made sense, especially watching other people talk about it. All it did was sound like some kind of exclusivity bargain.]
And all colours can be boiled down to light, dark and whatever is in the middle of those two. Don't split nails. [They didn't have hair, so no splitting those.
Savage hadn't really prepared for someone coming over, but the house he shared with his brother was generally neat and tidy. He didn't own much, so any items that were out were probably the property of Maul. Dirk might actually be the first person that he had bothered to invite over, and so far, he considered expectations low.
However, one thing he did make an effort for was that he had relaxed by taking off his armour and sat on a chair at a table in nothing more than a black undershirt and his pants. He actually didn't own any other clothing than that, and he cleaned his only set of clothing regularly. At the table, a Lego project was laid out and mostly unsorted. There were parts of a frame put together, but Savage never finished a project without his brother so he was just putting pieces together as he liked to build something of his own.
Ruin was the all the announcement that he needed to know that Dirk had arrived, and he sat back in his chair with a clear view of the door as the tentacle monster worked it open and spun into the room. If a rathtar could be proud of itself, that would be Ruin with hisses. As soon as Dirk was inside, Ruin rolled back out again to the yard to go and hunt for food.
And Savage stopped rolling a piece of Lego between his fingers at the sight that greeted him. Was that what a reindeer was if in human form? He'd seen many things in the galaxy - some way stranger than this - so it was easy to take it in stride, but it wasn't long before his usual curiousity of Dirk overrode any caution at seeing someone stroll in looking all made up like that.
He chuffed a non-verbal greeting as he rose to his bare feet and approached.] So this is 'sexy reindeer'?
[He walked around to look at the outfit and the make-up specifically. He leaned down to have a good look, even tugged on the edge of the skirt before he lifted it a bit to feel the weight of the material. While not pleated, he had worn something a bit similar, and he had learned the benefits pretty quickly on Dathomir and very little had to do with being breezy. His metal fingers tugged at the top before dipping under to drag his digits over abs and then he was leaning down much further to eye the thigh highs that he had been told about. Ah, they were literally material that went to the thighs, as expected, but the material definitely emphasized Dirk's muscular legs.]
You better not be interested in taking that off, though I don't guarantee the horns will make it through the night. [He sounded interested, on the verge of a compliment when one probably wasn't necessary. Dirk looked good.]
