[This year, Maul had decided to behave himself when it came to giving gifts, unlike in years past where he broke into people's houses rather like Santa himself did. All gifts are left on the porch or front step of the recipient's home for them to find in the morning. It took all night, even with Venge helping to deliver them as well, so by the time he got home an hour before done he was tired.
He left Savage's gift, a large bag of gold coins he'd acquired from Paimon, right where he'd wake up and see it first thing.
