(Savage would be hard to miss in a place filled with primarily traditional-looking humanoids. Dirk watches him approach from the corner of his eye, not moving a muscle, but his shoulders tense. He was prepared to fall into fighting mode at any second, no matter how casual the situation, but for this one, he wasn't sure if there would be a formal introduction or not.
However, as Savage began by talking, Dirk does relax the slightest bit. Never fully, but enough. He glances from Savage over to the pet...rathtar, had Savage called it? Dirk could appreciate a monster that was essentially a ball of tentacles.
He immediately smirks.)
You're taller than my brother too. He'd probably pretend like it doesn't annoy him.
(Dirk unfolds himself and lowers to the ground. He might be shorter than Savage, but there was no part of his body that looked delicate. He rested his hands on his hips, standing square-shouldered, and assesses Savage openly with a head-to-toe glance.)
You're more impressive in person. (He finds that he likes the height difference. He rolls a hip to the side and stares up at Savage. It's impossible to read Dirk's exact emotions with his sunglasses taking up most of his face, but there's something decidedly interested in his posture, the way he's turned in towards Savage rather than facing away.)
